would not hesitate to return here
Great breakfast with lots of options, especially the omelettes. Nice clean rooms with a seating area, flat-screen TV, and microwave. Helpful valets made check-in easy. Loved the fitness center. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants. Nyla at check-in was friendly and super helpful. Complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch.

Beds very comfortable, staff very considerate and helpful
Rooms were small needing refurbishing. You couldn't fit a night stand on both sides of the bed. Carpets were frayed, bathrooms very small. Just not like other Ebassy Suites.

Our stay at Embassy Suites Charleston - Historic District was unforgettable. The hotel was top-notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the attentive staff and well-appointed room. The location was comfortable and located in the historic center of town. We were pleased that the hotel was conveniently close to Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, where we enjoyed pastries on a hot day. Additionally, the made-to-order breakfast provided by the hotel was plentiful and delicious.

Breakfast was very good. Staff very pleasant, especially in the restaurant. There is a trolley stop at the hotel. Lovely atrium, with large fountain and comfy seating (breakfast served here as well). Walking distance to shops and eateries. Loved the history of the building.
During rain storm, water began leaking through sprinkler system and through ceiling at corner of room during the night- and we were on the 3rd floor! Front desk did comp this night and moved us to another room the next day. Another day, housekeeping completely skipped our room. Front desk sent someone up to at least deliver new towels.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in Charleston, very close to all the attractions, shopping on King Street, and places of interest. The breakfast, which includes bacon and cook-to-order omelets, is above average and served hot.

Suite was clean and comfortable; breakfast was great.
Price was extremely high, staff was not friendly, key cards issued upon check-in didn't work, some late-night noise from suite above. Was promised receipt by email upon checkout, had to call next day and prompt staff to send it.

The hotel is in a prime location in Charleston, right next to the Gaillard Center and close to historic areas, restaurants, and downtown. It is also very convenient for exploring the Historic District of Charleston.

Every traveler needs to know that this hotel has a HUGE construction project going on right next to it that creates a great deal of noise. There in no sleeping past 7:00am.

Newly remodelled hotel, I loved its prime location.
Cookies, pancakes, eggs and bacon for breakfast where savoury, and overall it was a complimentary morning meal. I had a top-notch double room with comfortable king size bed.

Convenient location near shopping and dining spots. The rooms are a good size and have enough storage space for your belongings. Plus, you’ll find coffee to perk you up and climate control for your comfort. ☕️
